Whilst pressing ahead with your case we will also consider any practical options which could save you time, money and stress including Mediation and the possibility of an out-of-court settlement. If however your opponent is unreasonable or not willing to negotiate sensibly, then we will prepare for trial and proceed with the confidence, diligence and efficiency necessary for an effective outcome.
